What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lynsey Bainbridge saw a first demo on sample repairs records and liked the speed. She wants per-lead dashboards and a security pack for her IT team. Hannah Lowe promised the pack and a data diagram by the end of the month.
What happened: Hannah showed a plain-English question across repairs, customer records and the complaints log, run on a sample of Bilsdale Housing repairs records. Lynsey's test was whether a single property can be queried without rebuilding data by hand.
Customer view: Lynsey said the result was quicker than she expected and called it "more than I expected for a first demo". She cares most about board-paper dashboards, one page per service lead.
Commercial: The dashboard builder is part of the Growth tier, so this points to a Growth-level conversation. Access control by complaint is an open point Hannah still needs to confirm.
Watch: Lynsey's IT team will ask about data location and who can see what. The security pack and diagram are promised by the end of the month, and Sophie owns the next step. The evidence does not show a price, a competitor or a decision date.

Transcript
- Sophie LingAfternoon Lynsey. Hannah's joined too, she's going to take you through the demo, and I'll pop in with questions.
- Lynsey BainbridgeAfternoon both. Sorry I'm a few minutes late, the lift was out again.
- Hannah LoweNot at all, we're in no rush. Before I start, what's the one thing you most need to know from this call?
- Lynsey BainbridgeHonestly? Whether it can answer a question about a single property without someone rebuilding the data by hand first.
- Hannah LoweGood, that's a clear test. To be precise, I'll show you that on a sample of your repairs records, not on anything made up. Sophie, can you put the screen across for me?
- Sophie LingYes, should be going now. Can you see the search bar?
- Hannah LoweLovely. So, the short answer is that it reads from your records in place. The longer answer is that it links the repairs system, the customer records and the complaints log, so a question crosses all three.
- Lynsey BainbridgeRight, and that's what I'd want to see. Can you try the question I mentioned, the three repairs and then a complaint?
- Hannah LoweYes, let me type it in. It's a plain-English question, so you don't need to know the table names.
- Hannah LoweThere we go. It returns the list of properties, with the repair dates and the complaint reference beside each. You can click through to the record itself.
- Lynsey BainbridgeOh, that's quicker than I expected. Mm. And the complaint reference is the actual reference from our log?
- Hannah LoweYes, it's read straight from the source, so it matches what your team sees. If the source changes, the answer changes with it. I'll put that in writing for your IT people as well.
- Sophie LingHannah, can you show the dashboard side? Lynsey mentioned the board papers earlier.
- Hannah LoweOf course. The dashboard builder is part of the Growth tier. You build a page once, and it refreshes overnight, so the board numbers are the same every time.
- Lynsey BainbridgeThat's the bit I care about. Can we have a page for each of the service leads? Because they all want something slightly different.
- Hannah LoweYes, each lead can have a page with their own filters. I'd suggest building one shared page first, then copying it, so you don't end up with five versions of the same thing.
- Lynsey BainbridgeFair point. Right, what about access? Not everyone should see every complaint.
- Hannah LoweAccess follows the permissions you already have in your systems, so the answers respect them. I'd want to check the detail with you before anyone relies on it, so I'll note that as an open point.
- Sophie LingGood. Lynsey, is there anything you'd like to see before we move on?
- Lynsey BainbridgeProbably the security pack, really. My IT team will ask about data location and who can see what. Can you send that?
- Hannah LoweYes. I'll put that in writing and send it to you and Sophie, along with a short diagram of where the data sits.
- Lynsey BainbridgeThanks. This has been really helpful, honestly. More than I expected for a first demo.
- Hannah LoweThank you. I'll send the pack and the diagram by the end of the month, and Sophie will follow up on the next step.
- Sophie LingLovely. Thanks both, speak soon.
- Lynsey BainbridgeThanks, bye.
