What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Laura ran a training session for Nadine's team on pages, chat, search and dashboards. Nadine was pleased with the result, said usage has picked up, and expects the team to cope on their own.
What happened: Laura Penhaligon trained Nadine Schröder's team on client pages, chat, search, dashboards and common mistakes. Nadine joined from the team's other screen and took the guidance on board.
Customer view: Nadine said people had called it the first tool that made the claims and the programmes make sense together. She closed by saying she was pleased and that usage has really picked up.
Commercial: The call supports the renewal through adoption. Team leads have asked for a dashboard for ages, which touches the dashboards builder, a Growth tier feature. The evidence does not show the customer's tier or contract.
Watch: Nadine is the only customer voice on the call, and the transcript shows no other attendee speaking. Her team leads have not yet built a dashboard.

Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Laura Penhaligon to send the training notes on the day of the call.
- Nadine to brief the team on raising tickets from the page.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Nadine is the only customer voice on the call, so adoption may depend on her.
- Team leads have not yet built a dashboard, so manager-level value is unproven.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Team leads want a book-wide view, which a dashboard could provide.
- Positive adoption feedback can support the renewal conversation.
Transcript
- Laura PenhaligonMorning Nadine, can you hear me? Right, I think we're all here.
- Nadine SchröderMorning! Yes, all good. Sorry, I've got the team on the other screen, they're waiting for me.
- Laura PenhaligonNo problem. Shall we start with a quick check on what people want to get out of today?
- Nadine SchröderYes. I'd like the team to be confident enough to use it without asking me every five minutes.
- Laura PenhaligonThat's a great goal. We'll go through pages, chat and search, then the dashboards, then some common mistakes.
- Nadine SchröderSounds right. Honestly, I've had people say it's the first tool that's made the claims and the programmes make sense together.
- Laura PenhaligonThat's lovely to hear. Let me share my screen. Can you see the client pages?
- Nadine SchröderYes. Oh, I'd forgotten how much is on there.
- Laura PenhaligonGood. Start at the top with the client name. Everything underneath comes from the connectors you set up.
- Nadine SchröderRight, and the programmes sit below that?
- Laura PenhaligonYes. Programmes, then claims, then the calls. The idea is you read top to bottom and never leave the page.
- Nadine SchröderMm, that's the bit my managers will like. They hate flicking between tabs.
- Laura PenhaligonLet's try a question. Type something you'd normally ask a colleague about one of your clients.
- Nadine SchröderOkay, what's the renewal position for this client, and when is the next review?
- Laura PenhaligonGood question. Look at the answer, then check the source underneath it, every time. That's the habit we want the team to build.
- Nadine SchröderYes, I'll be strict about that. It's the thing I'd tell them first.
- Laura PenhaligonRight, chat next. The chat view keeps the thread, so people can come back to a question the next day.
- Nadine SchröderOh, that's useful. My people do lots of follow-ups on the same client.
- Laura PenhaligonExactly. Let me show you how to ask a follow-up, so it stays in the same context.
- Nadine SchröderYes, go on. That's a good one for the team to see.
- Laura PenhaligonOkay, search. This is the one people use when they don't know which client they're looking for.
- Nadine SchröderMm, that's most of them, honestly. Can we try a search for a programme type?
- Laura PenhaligonYes. Type it in plain English and the results come back grouped by client, which makes it quicker to scan.
- Nadine SchröderRight. That's quicker than I expected. It found the right client first time.
- Laura PenhaligonGood. Now dashboards. These are for the managers who want to see a whole book of clients at once.
- Nadine SchröderThat's the team leads. They've been asking for something like it for ages.
- Laura PenhaligonThen they should start with one dashboard, not five. Build the one question they ask every Monday, and go from there.
- Nadine SchröderYes, that's sensible. Otherwise nobody looks at it.
- Laura PenhaligonRight, common mistakes. The main one is asking very broad questions and then being disappointed by the answer.
- Nadine SchröderMm, I've done that myself. Make it narrower, and it works better.
- Laura PenhaligonExactly. Name the client, the programme and the time period. That's usually enough.
- Nadine SchröderRight, I'll put that on the first slide of my induction note.
- Laura PenhaligonWe're nearly through. Any questions from the team that you'd like me to cover before we finish?
- Nadine SchröderOnly one. How do they report something that looks wrong?
- Laura PenhaligonThey raise a ticket from the page itself, and I'd ask them to say which client and which question. That makes it much quicker to check.
- Nadine SchröderGood. That's clear. I'll tell them that, rather than emailing me.
- Laura PenhaligonOkay, that's everything from my side. How do you feel about the team using it on their own now?
- Nadine SchröderHonestly, I'm pleased. Usage has really picked up, and I think they'll be fine. Thanks, Laura.
- Laura PenhaligonGreat. I'll send the training notes today. Speak soon, Nadine.
- Nadine SchröderSpeak soon. Bye.
