What happened: The payroll export feed stopped loading because a column header was renamed. Hamza mapped the new name and said it should load that night, promising to confirm the next day.
Customer view: Monique had worried about the problem for a week and pressed for a firm answer. Brianna Hollis said the schedulers had mostly not used it: "A couple of them have logged in once."
Commercial: Adoption is the exposure. Hamza suggested a first invoice question for the schedulers, and finance access is planned later, limited to the invoice view.

- Brianna HollisIt has, yes. Payroll sent it on Friday, and I passed it straight on to you.
- Hamza AkhtarI've got it. Good, that's a big help. I can see the column that changed. It's a small thing, honestly, a renamed header.
- Monique JeffersonA renamed header? That's all it was? I've spent a week worrying about it.
- Hamza AkhtarThat's all it was. To be precise, the feed was expecting the old name, so it stopped loading. Now it's mapped and it should load tonight.
- Monique JeffersonShould, or will? I need to tell my team something tomorrow.
- Hamza AkhtarTell them it should, and I'll confirm first thing tomorrow once I've seen the load. I'd rather you heard it from me when it's checked.
