What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Hannah Lowe demoed B-Viz on sample farm data. Rosalind Pidgeon said the single-farm view is what the team needs. Bryony Vosper pressed on UK-only data and access control, both to be answered in writing.
What happened: Sophie Ling hosted the demo on 11 Jun 2026, with Hannah Lowe presenting. Rosalind, Head of Farm Services, brought Bryony Vosper, the Practice Systems Manager who would use it daily. Edward Cleave was not on the call.
Customer view: Rosalind said of the single-farm view, "That's the view we need." Bryony said the board needs to hear data is UK only, and that her director will first ask who can see which practice's farms.
Commercial: Hannah showed four connectors on Starter and said Growth adds more connectors, users and the dashboards builder. Sophie will send pricing separately.
Watch: Hannah did not commit on data residency or access in the call and promised written answers. The evidence does not show Edward's view after the demo.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Hannah Lowe to send written answers on data location and access control today, with the security pack.
- Sophie Ling to send the pricing separately.
- Rosalind Pidgeon to confirm the system owners this week.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- UK-only data residency and cross-practice access are open questions that Bryony Vosper's board and director will test.
- Edward Cleave, who wanted security and a single price, did not attend, so his reaction is unknown.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Starter's four connectors cover the first farm team, with Growth as a clear route to more connectors, users and dashboards.
- Rosalind and Bryony responded strongly to the single-farm view of visits, queries and invoices.
Transcript
- Sophie LingMorning all, thanks for joining. Hannah's going to take us through the demo, and I'll keep an eye on the time.
- Rosalind PidgeonMorning. Lovely. Bryony's here too, she's the one who'll be living with it day to day.
- Bryony VosperMorning. Sorry, I'm on a shared laptop, so bear with me if the camera freezes.
- Hannah LoweNot a problem at all. Before I start, what would you most like to know? I'd rather spend the time on that than run through everything.
- Rosalind PidgeonMainly whether the farm team can see one farm's visits, queries and invoices on one page. That's the whole thing for us.
- Hannah LoweGood. Then I'll start with that. I've loaded a sample of visits and invoices for a few farms, so you can see it working on something like your data.
- Hannah LoweSo here's a farm. You can ask it, in plain words, what visits were made in the last few months, and it brings back the visit notes next to the invoices.
- Rosalind PidgeonOh, that's exactly what the team does by hand. Can it show the open queries too?
- Hannah LoweYes. To be precise, it shows the queries as they are in the source system, so if a query is open there, it's open here. Shall I try one?
- Rosalind PidgeonPlease.
- Hannah LoweRight. I'll ask which farms had a query raised in the last month and no invoice since.
- Bryony VosperCan I ask about where the data is kept? We're UK only, and I need to be able to say that to the board.
- Hannah LoweThe short answer is yes, it runs inside your own Snowflake account. The longer answer is that I want to be careful about the detail, so I'll put that in writing for you rather than overstate it here.
- Bryony VosperThat's fine, I'd rather have it in writing anyway.
- Sophie LingWe'll send that over with the security pack. Hannah, carry on, please.
- Hannah LoweOf course. Now I'll show the connectors. On the Starter tier you get four connectors, which should cover the visit, query and invoice sources for a first team.
- Bryony VosperFour is fine for the farm side to start. How do we add the others later?
- Hannah LoweYou can move up to Growth, which takes more connectors and users and adds the dashboards builder. It's a configuration step, and your data stays where it is.
- Sophie LingAnd I'll pick up the price on that separately, so we're not guessing today.
- Rosalind PidgeonCan we see one farm's full history? The one with the invoice dispute from last spring?
- Hannah LoweYes, I'll bring up the sample farm with the dispute. You can see the visit, the query and the credit note, all in one place.
- Rosalind PidgeonThat's the view we need. The team would stop ringing the office for that.
- Bryony VosperWho can see what? If a vet in one practice asks a question, can they see another practice's farms?
- Hannah LoweIt follows the access you set up, so you decide who sees which farms. I'll write out how that works for you, because I don't want to say something that isn't quite right.
- Bryony VosperGood. That's the thing my director will ask me first.
- Sophie LingOkay, time is getting on. Next steps: Hannah sends the written answers on data and access, I send the pricing, and Rosalind confirms who the system owners are.
- Rosalind PidgeonYes. I'll get those names to you this week.
- Hannah LoweI'll put it all in writing today. Thanks, everyone.
- Bryony VosperThanks, that was really helpful. Bye.
- Sophie LingThanks all. Speak soon, bye.
