What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Danielle Novotny and Tracy Kaminski saw B-Viz on sample data and liked the one-page agency view. Danielle cannot commit budget without her finance lead, and a security review comes first. A 18 Dec 2026 close is only a plan.
What happened: Theo Gallagher showed one agency page joining CRM submissions, helpdesk history and call summaries, then answered Danielle's declined-submission and open-complaint question. He also built a Monday list of quiet agencies that could become a dashboard.
Customer view: Danielle framed the need as three teams, three systems, while the agency sees one Sauganash. Tracy said she opens the CRM, then the helpdesk, then call notes, and called a Monday dashboard brilliant.
Commercial: Jordan Pike steered towards Enterprise for company-wide use, single sign-on and a security review. Danielle said she cannot commit budget without her finance lead, who has not yet been involved.
Watch: Access by role was not fully answered, as Theo preferred to confirm the setup with the platform team. Danielle's rule is never to push past the review, so security timing drives the close.

Transcript
- Jordan PikeHi everyone, can you hear me okay? Good afternoon, Danielle. Tracy, hello.
- Danielle NovotnyHey Jordan, yes, loud and clear. I think Tracy's just joining.
- Tracy KaminskiHi, sorry, I'm here. My camera is being slow. Good afternoon, all.
- Jordan PikeNo problem at all. Theo's on as well. Theo, you there?
- Theo GallagherI am, afternoon all. Audio's fine on my side.
- Jordan PikeGreat. Here's where we are. Quick agenda and a time check: we have 46 minutes. Theo shows B-Viz on the sample agency data you sent over, we do Danielle's one agency end to end, then questions and next steps. Sound right?
- Danielle NovotnySounds right. Can I start with a quick story first? It frames what I want to see.
- Jordan PikePlease, go ahead.
- Danielle NovotnySo last month one of our bigger trucking agencies called, upset. They'd sent us three submissions, got a decline on one, and nobody on my side knew that underwriting had already been in touch with them about something else. Claims had a complaint open too. Three teams, three systems, and the agency sees one Sauganash. That's the problem. What does the agency see? That's my question every time.
- Tracy KaminskiYeah, and I'm the one who gets the call. I usually end up opening the CRM, then the helpdesk, then hunting through call notes. It takes forever.
- Jordan PikeThat's exactly the use case. Theo, let's make that real.
- Theo GallagherSure. Let me share my screen. Can you see it? Okay. Before I start, one thing to be transparent about: this is the sample data, loaded into a demo Snowflake account. In your own deployment B-Viz runs inside your Snowflake account, so nothing leaves your environment.
- Danielle NovotnyGood. That matters for us. Security will ask.
- Theo GallagherThey should, and we can evidence that. We can talk about the security review once you're further along. For now, this is the search page. I'll type the name of the sample agency, a mid-sized transport specialist.
- Theo GallagherWhat comes back is one page for that agency. Submissions from the CRM on the left, the support history from the helpdesk in the middle, and the call summaries from the call recorder on the right. Everything is linked back to its source record, so you can click through.
- Tracy KaminskiMm. So I wouldn't have to open three tabs.
- Theo GallagherRight. Now let me ask it your story. I'll type: has this agency had a declined submission and an open complaint in the same period?
- Theo GallagherAnd there. It lists the declined submission, the open complaint, and a call where the agency mentioned both. It shows where each fact came from.
- Danielle NovotnyOkay, that's the one. Show me that again, slower. Who can see that page? Because I never want one agency's numbers in front of another agency, and I don't want an underwriter seeing things they shouldn't.
- Theo GallagherFair. Access follows the roles you set up. Agency management, underwriting and claims can each see what you decide they should. On Enterprise there's single sign-on, so it follows your existing identity setup. I'll show the permissions screen in a second, but I'd rather confirm the exact setup with our platform team than guess in front of you.
- Danielle NovotnyI appreciate that. Let's keep this moving, though. Tracy, what would you ask?
- Tracy KaminskiHonestly, the Monday question. Which of my agencies have gone quiet? The ones who used to send us a lot and now don't.
- Theo GallagherGood one. Let me try it on the sample data. Agencies with falling submission volume and no recent call.
- Theo GallagherSo it gives a short list, with the last contact date and the last submission. I can turn that into a dashboard if you want it every Monday. That's the dashboards builder.
- Tracy KaminskiA Monday dashboard would be brilliant. Sorry, that's a British word, I've been on too many calls this year.
- Danielle NovotnyHa. She's been in London meetings. Jordan, how does that connect to the rest? Is it just agency management, or underwriting and claims too?
- Jordan PikeGood question. What would make this a yes for you? My guess is it's all three teams on one view, which is why we scoped Enterprise. It's company-wide, with single sign-on and a security review we do properly with your team.
- Danielle NovotnyYes. And I'll say it plainly, I can't commit budget without our finance lead. But I want to get him a clear picture.
- Jordan PikeUnderstood. We've pencilled a target close of 18 Dec 2026, but that's a plan, not a promise. We'd work back from what your security and finance folks need.
- Theo GallagherOn that, I'll list what I'd expect from security: a questionnaire, evidence for each control reference, and a data flow diagram. I'll send a first set after this call so they can start reading.
- Danielle NovotnyPlease. Never push past the review, that's my rule.
- Tracy KaminskiOne more, if there's time. When the call recorder is connected, does it pick up what the agent actually said, or only a summary?
- Theo GallagherBoth, in the sense that you can search the transcript and read the summary. I'll show a sample question on that now, and then we should wrap up on time.
- Jordan PikeOkay, we're close to the end. Next steps. Theo sends the security starter pack. I'll send a short written recap and a proposal outline. Danielle, can we get a proposal call booked in a few weeks?
- Danielle NovotnyYes. Send me times. Thanks, everyone, that was useful. Tracy, you'll get your Monday dashboard.
- Tracy KaminskiGreat, thank you both. Bye.
- Jordan PikeThanks, all. Talk soon.
