What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Demo to three customer people on one test agency's data. Reaction was positive, with no blockers. Danielle's yes depends on a clean security review and Glenn being comfortable on cost. Luis wants the alerting answer first.
What happened: Theo Gallagher showed B-Viz on one test agency's data, with a timeline linking complaints, calls and submissions, then a chat question answered in seconds. Luis Delgado and Tracy Kaminski joined Danielle Novotny, as promised on the earlier call.
Customer view: Tracy said she spends an hour before every agency visit and this would give it back. Danielle said she is happy with what she saw and has no blockers.
Commercial: Jordan restated about £155k as the total including implementation, with a target close of 18 Dec 2026. Danielle asked for a manager-level view, which is the dashboards builder in the tier discussed.
Watch: Luis learned the refresh is nightly, not real time, and Theo could not yet confirm alert options. Strict agency separation was written up as a requirement for the security review.

Transcript
- Jordan PikeHi everyone. Give it a minute for people to join. Danielle, good to see you again.
- Danielle NovotnyYou too. Luis and Tracy are both here. Tracy, say hi.
- Tracy KaminskiHi all. Sorry, I'm in the car park, give me a second to get my headset sorted. Okay, can you hear me?
- Jordan PikeWe can. Good evening, or good late afternoon. Luis, welcome.
- Luis DelgadoThanks. Good to be here.
- Jordan PikeHere's the plan. We've got just under an hour. Theo, my solutions engineer, will walk through B-Viz on one agency's data, end to end. Then questions, then next steps. Theo is also the person to ask about security and controls. Theo, over to you in a moment.
- Theo GallagherThanks, Jordan. Hello, all. Before I share my screen, a quick note on what you're about to see. It's your data, loaded for one test agency, read inside a Snowflake environment, not a made-up sample. Nothing from any other agency is in this view.
- Danielle NovotnyGood. That's what I asked for.
- Theo GallagherRight. Sharing now. Can you see a page with the agency name at the top?
- Tracy KaminskiYes. That looks like the agency I deal with most. Interesting.
- Theo GallagherThis is an agency page. B-Viz builds it from the sources we connected: your CRM, the call recorder, email and the helpdesk. So at the top you see the relationship summary, and below it the timeline. Submissions, calls with your managers, emails, and complaints, in date order.
- Danielle NovotnyThat's the thing. Scroll down. Show me where a complaint sits against a submission.
- Theo GallagherHere. This complaint was logged, and this call happened the week after. You can see the two side by side, and each entry links back to the source record. We can evidence that, because every line points at the original.
- Tracy KaminskiSo if I was about to call this agency, I'd know about the complaint before I picked up the phone.
- Theo GallagherYes. And you don't have to scroll. You can just ask. Let me type a question in the chat.
- Jordan PikeAsk the question an underwriter would ask, Theo.
- Theo GallagherOkay. I'll type: what has this agency raised with us in the last few months, and what is still open? And that returns a short answer, with the sources listed underneath.
- Luis DelgadoHow long did that take? It felt like a few seconds.
- Theo GallagherA few seconds, yes. The heavy lifting happens overnight. The refresh is meant to finish by 07:00 local time on business days, so what you ask about reflects the previous evening, not live minutes. I want to be clear about that, because it matters for underwriters.
- Luis DelgadoUnderstood. So not real time.
- Theo GallagherCorrect. Nightly, not streaming. Is that a problem for the quoting workflow?
- Luis DelgadoProbably fine for context. It wouldn't be fine for anything that has to be current to the minute. What does it do when a source fails? Say the policy system is down overnight.
- Theo GallagherGood question. Honest answer: that connector would stop loading and the records indexed for it would stay flat. We monitor that, and your admins can see it in the connector status page. Let me show you.
- Theo GallagherThis is the admin view. Each connector, last successful load, and how many records came in. If one goes quiet, it shows here. Luis, you would be the person watching this.
- Luis DelgadoYes, that would be me. Can I set who gets alerted?
- Theo GallagherI'd want to confirm the exact alerting options before I promise them. I'll check with our platform team and put it in writing, with a date. I don't want to describe a control that's not there.
- Luis DelgadoFair enough. Please do.
- Danielle NovotnyTracy, you've been quiet. What would you do with this tomorrow?
- Tracy KaminskiHonestly, prep. I spend an hour before every agency visit digging through emails and notes. If this gives me the picture in a few minutes, that's an hour back for each visit. My worry is whether I can see agencies that aren't mine.
- Theo GallagherThat comes down to permissions. Access follows the rules set in your Snowflake account, so your admins decide which agencies a regional manager can see. Luis would configure that with us during implementation.
- Danielle NovotnyAnd I want that written down. One agency's numbers never go to another agency, and managers see only their own territory unless we say otherwise.
- Theo GallagherUnderstood. I'll note that as a requirement and we'll evidence how it's enforced during the security review.
- Jordan PikeOn that, to be transparent: the security questionnaire is the right place to nail this down, and Theo will own it on our side. Luis, who on your side would take it?
- Luis DelgadoIt would go through our security group first. I can be the technical contact for the data questions.
- Theo GallagherThat works. I'll list the open items and owners when I send it, so nothing sits unassigned.
- Danielle NovotnyOne more thing from me. Show me a view for my team. Not one agency, but how my managers' conversations look together, without exposing the agencies to each other.
- Theo GallagherThat's the dashboards builder. It's in the tier you're looking at. I'd rather build that properly on your data than improvise it live, so I'll propose a short follow-up showing a manager-level view.
- Danielle NovotnyDo that. Let's keep this moving.
- Jordan PikeBefore we wrap, quick check on where we are. We've been sketching about £155k as the total including implementation, with a target close of 18 Dec 2026. Glenn has asked for a three-year comparison and I owe him that. Danielle, anything blocking from your side?
- Danielle NovotnyNo blockers. Glenn needs the numbers, and security needs to start. I'm happy with what I saw.
- Jordan PikeGreat. So Theo sends the questionnaire pack and the alerting answer, I send Glenn the cost comparison, and we book the manager-level follow-up. What would make this a yes, Danielle, from here?
- Danielle NovotnyClean security review and Glenn comfortable on cost. Then it's a yes from me.
- Tracy KaminskiAnd from me. This would be useful.
- Luis DelgadoI'd like to see the alerting answer before I say more, but the approach makes sense.
- Jordan PikeUnderstood. Thanks, everyone, that was a good session. Thanks, Jordan.
- Theo GallagherThanks, all. I'll send the pack tomorrow.
- Danielle NovotnyThanks, Jordan. Talk soon.
