What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Donna Wragg says the lunch session lifted use, with a first win on a forgotten client. She asked whether B-Viz can cover candidates, which may need a new source within the Starter connector limit.
What happened: Daniel Okafor and Donna met again. She said two more consultants started the day after the session and another the week after, and Daniel confirmed active users are up on last quarter.
Customer view: Donna said it saves her team time, which is her test. An engineering desk consultant rang a forgotten client and picked up two roles, and she is happy for Daniel to use it in general terms.
Commercial: The candidate question may need a new source, and Starter has a hard limit of four connectors. Donna does not want to pay more, and any extra cost goes to her boss.
Watch: The contract is at £20k a year with invoices matching and paid on time. Renewal is next summer, and Donna expects it to be easy if numbers keep rising.

Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Daniel to check current connector use and answer on candidate data early the following week.
- Daniel to send a one-page cheat sheet of the best questions to Donna.
- Daniel to keep tracking active users and records indexed ahead of next summer's renewal.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Donna does not want to pay more, so a new candidate source could stall if it exceeds the connector limit.
- Renewal is still decided with her boss, whom BG-Demo has not spoken to.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Candidate data could justify an extra connector add-on or a Growth upgrade if the Starter limit is reached.
- The engineering desk win gives a general value example for the renewal case.

- Daniel OkaforHello Donna, thanks for your time today. It's just the two of us, is that right?
- Donna WraggHiya, Daniel. Yep, just us. I've got a sandwich so you'll have to forgive the munching.
- Daniel OkaforNot at all, I've got a coffee in hand. How's the week treated you?
- Donna WraggGood, actually. Better than good. And you'll like this: for once the consultants complained about something different. They wanted to know why they can't ask it about candidates as well. Not the usual grumble about it being clunky.
- Daniel OkaforHa, that's a nice problem to have. I'm glad. How is the team finding it now, since the lunch session?
- Donna WraggThat session did the trick. Short, simple, used our own clients. Two more consultants started using it the next day and another one the week after. I keep hearing them say, right, I'll just ask it.
- Daniel OkaforThat matches what I see. The number of people active has gone up quite a bit compared with the last quarter, and the questions are coming in steadily across the week rather than in bursts.
- Donna WraggWhich client is that? Sorry, that's a reflex. I mean, what are they asking? Mostly the same stuff?
- Daniel OkaforMostly, yes. Roles placed, recent invoices, whether a client has gone quiet. A few people are asking about repeat bookings, which is what you said mattered most to you.
- Donna WraggThat's the one. Clients who rebook. If a consultant can see in ten seconds that a warehouse client placed four drivers last spring and hasn't been called since, that's a phone call that makes money.
- Daniel OkaforExactly. Has anyone actually had a win from that yet, or is it too early to say?
- Donna WraggOne of the engineering desk lot rang a client they'd forgotten about and picked up two roles. He was chuffed. He told everyone, obviously.
- Daniel OkaforLovely. I'd love to note that down, if you don't mind me using it when we talk about value later.
- Donna WraggUse it. Keep the details vague though, the client wouldn't thank me.
- Daniel OkaforUnderstood, I'll keep it general. Now, on the technical side. No tickets, nothing flagged on my end. Are all your sources still loading as you'd expect?
- Donna WraggAs far as I know. Nobody's said anything, and they would. Consultants aren't shy.
- Daniel OkaforHa, no. I'll still have a quick look after the call, just to be sure the records are rising the way they should.
- Donna WraggNow, the candidate question. Is that something B-Viz can do, or am I asking for the moon?
- Daniel OkaforIt depends on where the candidate information lives. If it's in a system we're not connected to yet, it would mean a new source. Your plan has a limit on how many sources can be connected, so I'd want to check what you're using now before promising anything. I don't want to guess.
- Donna WraggFine by me. I don't want to pay for more either. Keep it simple. If it needs extra money, I'll want to know what and why, and it goes to the boss.
- Daniel OkaforUnderstood. I'll come back to you by early next week with an honest answer on whether it fits within what you have, and if not, what the options are, without any pressure.
- Donna WraggGood. Does it save my lot time, that's still the test, but at the moment I'd say it does.
- Daniel OkaforThat's good to hear. And you're using more of your fifteen licences now than at any point so far, so that's a healthy picture going into the renewal conversation next summer. The contract is at £19,500 a year and your invoices are matching that.
- Donna WraggYeah, finance haven't raised anything. Everything's been paid on time.
- Daniel OkaforSo nothing to fix there. Is there anyone else in the business I should be talking to as we get nearer? Anyone who'd want to see usage numbers?
- Donna WraggJust me and the boss for now. If the numbers keep going up like this I'll have an easy time of it.
- Daniel OkaforThen let's keep that going. Just to close the loop, I'll send you a one-page cheat sheet of the best questions the consultants have been asking, so newcomers can start with those. And I'll come back to you about the candidate data.
- Donna WraggBrilliant. Send the cheat sheet and I'll stick it in the team channel.
- Daniel OkaforWill do. Anything else on your mind before we finish?
- Donna WraggNo, I think that's it. Nice one for the session, by the way. It made a proper difference.
- Daniel OkaforThat means a lot, thank you. Enjoy the rest of your lunch, Donna. Speak soon.
- Donna WraggCheers, Daniel. Ta-ra.
