What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Helpdesk and usage connectors are loading, but the usage export only covers recently active installers. Customer will widen it, and the CRM connector goes live as is with duplicates flagged.
What happened: Lukas queried low installer numbers in the usage view. Hamza traced it to an export limited to recently active accounts.
Customer view: Katharina said the quiet installers are the point, so the filter is wrong for them. She found the three tickets so far quick and clear.
Commercial: Seeing inactive installers is central to her renewal work, which supports the value case. The forty licences are barely used, with mostly Lukas and Katharina, and no date is set for the team walkthrough.
Watch: Duplicate installer records are disputed between two account managers, and Katharina must decide them. She also wants installer names hidden in training.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Lukas Brandl widens the usage export this week and shares the read-only CRM account securely.
- Katharina Huber sends the duplicates list and the installer names for checks.
- Hamza Akhtar connects the CRM, re-runs the load and books the next check once counts are in.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Thin usage data could make early answers look wrong and damage trust before the team is brought in.
- Unresolved duplicate installer records may skew CRM answers until Katharina decides them.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Showing quiet installers alongside renewal dates directly serves Katharina's renewal list and proves value.
Transcript
- Hamza AkhtarAfternoon, Lukas. Katharina's not on yet, is she?
- Lukas BrandlAfternoon. She is finishing another call, she said five minutes. Shall we begin with the technical part?
- Hamza AkhtarYeah, good idea. How's your week been? Anything on fire?
- Lukas BrandlNot on fire. Busy. Easter was quiet but now the installers all want their schedules changed at once.
- Hamza AkhtarHa, I can imagine. Right, so where we are. The helpdesk and the usage connectors are both loading, and the CRM is the one still outstanding. Is that how you see it?
- Lukas BrandlYes. The helpdesk is fine. The usage one I think is fine, but the numbers looked low on Monday and I wanted to ask you.
- Hamza AkhtarLow how? Fewer installers than you expected, or fewer records per installer?
- Lukas BrandlFewer installers. We have thousands of businesses, and it showed far fewer in the usage view.
- Hamza AkhtarOkay. Mm. That sounds like a filter on the export rather than a fault in the connector. Did the export you gave us include everyone, or only active accounts?
- Lukas BrandlOnly active in the last period. Our data team set that up long ago. I did not think about it.
- Hamza AkhtarThat's probably it then. The question is whether you want inactive installers in there too. For renewals, I'd argue yes, because the ones who've gone quiet are the ones Katharina cares about.
- Lukas BrandlYes, she will want that. I will ask the data team to widen it.
- Katharina HuberHello, sorry, I am here. Guten Tag. What did I miss?
- Hamza AkhtarHi Katharina. Not much, we just found why the usage view looks thin. The export only includes recently active installers.
- Katharina HuberAh. Yes, that is wrong for us. The quiet ones are the point. Lukas, please widen it. Which installer, which version, and what does the usage say when there is no usage? We need to see that.
- Lukas BrandlYes, I will do it this week.
- Hamza AkhtarOnce it's widened I'll re-run the load and we'll check the counts on a few installers you know well. That's usually the quickest sanity test.
- Katharina HuberGood. I will give Lukas four or five names that I know by heart.
- Hamza AkhtarPerfect. Now, tickets. You've had three come through since we started. Lukas, I can see them on our side, but tell me how they felt from yours.
- Lukas BrandlSmall things. One was about access for a colleague, one was a question how to find the connector status, and one was about a field name in the helpdesk data. None urgent.
- Hamza AkhtarRight, that matches what I saw. Nothing high priority, all answered. Good. If anything feels slow, tell me, because I'd rather hear it now than at the review.
- Katharina HuberIt was fine. Quick and clear. I just want it documented, who asked what, so my team can find it later.
- Hamza AkhtarFair. I'll put the three into the onboarding notes with the answers.
- Hamza AkhtarNext, the CRM connector. Lukas, did the duplicate installer records get sorted?
- Lukas BrandlHalf. I merged the obvious ones. There are still some where I am not sure which is the real one. Two account managers each claim theirs.
- Katharina HuberThat is my side. I will speak with them and decide. By next week I can give you a list.
- Hamza AkhtarThat's great. In the meantime we can connect the CRM as it is and flag the unclear ones, so you don't wait on the clean-up. We can always reload.
- Lukas BrandlYes, let us do that. I have the read only account ready. It took security a few days, like I said.
- Hamza AkhtarBrilliant. Send me the details through the secure channel, not by email, and I'll connect it after the call.
- Lukas BrandlOf course. I will share it within the hour.
- Katharina HuberQuestion about users. We have forty licences. At the moment it is mostly Lukas and me, and one more person looked. When should I bring in my team?
- Hamza AkhtarI'd wait until the three sources are loaded and the counts check out. Then I'd run a short walkthrough for your team, using your own installers as the examples. People engage far more when they see a business they recognise.
- Katharina HuberYes. That is sensible. I do not want them to see wrong numbers on the first day.
- Lukas BrandlAgreed. First impressions.
- Hamza AkhtarExactly. I won't set a date for the walkthrough yet. Let's see how the reload goes, and I'll suggest one when I'm confident.
- Katharina HuberGood. I do not like dates that move.
- Hamza AkhtarNeither do I. Okay, anything else from your side? Region, access, anything that's worrying you?
- Katharina HuberThe region is fine, Lukas confirmed it again and I have the note. Only one thing: when we have the walkthrough, can the installer names be hidden in the training session? Some are sensitive.
- Hamza AkhtarGood point. We can use a handful of installers you're comfortable with, or I can run it with you driving. Let's agree the names beforehand.
- Katharina HuberPerfect. Then I think we are done. Lukas, you widen the export and send the account. I give the list of duplicates and the names. Hamza, you connect the CRM and re-run.
- Hamza AkhtarThat's it. I'll send a summary of all that this afternoon, and we'll book the next check once the counts are in.
- Lukas BrandlGood. Thank you, Hamza.
- Katharina HuberThank you both. Viele Grüße, Katharina.
- Hamza AkhtarCheers all, speak soon.
