What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Hannah Lowe demoed a landlord page built from Ludworth's own extracts. Kerry Bramall, Amy Royle and Nathan Hulme reacted well. Kerry asked for the refresh timing in the order form. Tom Ashdown restated £28k and promised a proposal.
What happened: Hannah drove the demo with a sample of Ludworth's data. Nathan asked two live questions and both returned correct answers.
Customer view: Kerry said her team seeing it is the win. Nathan said it would save him a phone call to the accounts team, and Amy found the overnight refresh workable as long as people know.
Commercial: Tom said the deal total is still £28k, set up included, with the breakdown to follow in writing. Kerry said Stephen is keen to see it on paper.
Watch: Amy flagged the repairs tickets export as awkward. Stephen was not on this call, and no proposal or order form is shown yet.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Tom Ashdown to send the proposal to Kerry and Stephen with the breakdown.
- Hannah Lowe to send Amy the access list and security note this week.
- Tom Ashdown to put the nightly refresh timing in the order form, as Kerry asked.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- The repairs tickets export is awkward and could slow connector set up.
- Stephen Arden, who holds the budget view, has only the verbal figure and was not on the demo.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Kerry and Nathan are positive, giving a Starter deal with all four connectors in use.
- A fifth connector later would be an add-on conversation.
Transcript
- Tom AshdownMorning, all. Can everyone hear me? Kerry, I can see you, Amy, I can see you. Nathan, I think you're muted.
- Nathan HulmeSorry, morning. Had the wrong headset on. Better?
- Tom AshdownBetter. How's everyone's week been? I hear it's been boiler season.
- Kerry BramallBoiler season, yes. The repairs backlog is down a bit since we last spoke, thank goodness, but Nathan's still firefighting.
- Nathan HulmeI've had a better week. Let's leave it there.
- Tom AshdownHa, fair enough. Right, this is Hannah Lowe, our solutions engineer. She's going to drive today. Hannah, over to you.
- Hannah LoweThanks, Tom. Morning, everyone. Before I share anything, what do you most need to know by the end of this hour? I'd rather aim at that than show you every button.
- Kerry BramallCan I see one landlord, with their properties, their open repairs and their last statement, all together? That's it. That's the whole thing.
- Hannah LoweGood. To be precise, I've loaded a sample of your data from the extracts Amy sent over, so what you'll see is your own properties, not a made up set. Amy, thank you for those, they were tidy.
- Amy RoyleTidy is generous. I had to fix a few dates by hand, but they should be okay.
- Hannah LoweThey loaded fine. Sharing my screen now. Can you see a page with a landlord's name at the top?
- Nathan HulmeYes. That's one of mine, I think. Which property is that?
- Hannah LoweThat's the point. Click into the properties list on the left and you get each of their addresses, and under each one the repairs tickets and the statement lines. One page per landlord, built from the lettings system, the repairs tickets and the accounting system.
- Kerry BramallAnd the landlord can see this?
- Hannah LoweThe short answer is not directly. The longer answer is that this is for your team. What you do with it for landlords, a summary you send or a call you make, is up to you. I'd rather not promise a landlord portal that isn't part of Starter.
- Kerry BramallNo, that's fine. Let's not overcomplicate it. My team seeing it is the win.
- Hannah LoweRight. Now the part I think is most useful. Nathan, ask it something you'd normally dig through the spreadsheet for.
- Nathan HulmeOkay. Er. Which of this landlord's properties have a repair that's been open for more than a few weeks?
- Hannah LoweType it exactly like that. Don't tidy it up.
- Nathan HulmeDone. Oh. It's listed two. And it's, yeah, one's a leak, one's a window. That's right, that is right.
- Kerry BramallHas the landlord been told? Can it say that?
- Hannah LoweOnly if the information is in the sources we connect. If your team emails the landlord, and the email connector is on, it can find that message. If it was a phone call nobody wrote down, it can't. I'll put that in writing so nobody assumes otherwise.
- Kerry BramallFair. That's honest, anyway.
- Amy RoyleCan I ask about the refresh? When does it update? Because if Nathan asks first thing and it's yesterday's repairs, that's a problem.
- Hannah LoweGood question. It refreshes overnight and should be complete by seven in the morning on business days. So first thing, you're looking at the previous evening's picture, not live. If something was logged at nine this morning, it won't be there until tomorrow.
- Amy RoyleOkay. That's workable, as long as people know.
- Tom AshdownAnd that's the same for every tier, just so you're not wondering. I'd put it in the order form if it matters to you.
- Kerry BramallIt matters a bit. Put it in.
- Hannah LoweNoted. Let me show you the statements side next. Amy, you'll care about this one because it's the accounting connector.
- Amy RoyleGo on then.
- Hannah LoweSo here's last month's statement for that landlord, line by line. I can ask it why the management fee looks different from the month before and it will point at the lines. It won't invent a reason, it shows where the figures came from.
- Nathan HulmeThat would save me a phone call to the accounts team at least twice a week.
- Kerry BramallTwice a week is generous. Every day, in the busy weeks.
- Tom AshdownWhich is exactly the stitching Stephen was asking what it saves. Kerry, will you let him know?
- Kerry BramallI will. He'll want the short version.
- Amy RoyleNext question from me, sorry. What happens to our data? It sits in our own Snowflake, you said?
- Hannah LoweYes. B-Viz runs inside your Snowflake account, so your data stays in your environment. For the security detail I'll put together a short note for you, and if you ask something I'm not certain of I'll check with our security lead before answering rather than guess.
- Amy RoyleGood. Send it over and I'll read it properly.
- Hannah LoweWill do. Now, connectors. Starter has four, and from what Kerry told Tom, you'd use the lettings system, repairs tickets, accounting and email. So that's all four used. If you want a fifth later, that's an add-on conversation.
- Kerry BramallFour is plenty to start. Let's see how it goes first.
- Tom AshdownAnd to keep the money straight, the deal total is still twenty-eight thousand pounds as we discussed, set up included, but I'll send the breakdown in writing and confirm it all there.
- Kerry BramallThat's what Stephen has in his head, yes. He's keen to see it on paper.
- Nathan HulmeCan I try one more? Can it tell me which landlords have had the most repairs this quarter?
- Hannah LoweTry it. I'd expect a ranked list. If the wording confuses it, we'll rephrase, that's normal.
- Nathan HulmeThere. It's got it. And, oh, that landlord at the top, I knew it, I just didn't have the number.
- Kerry BramallNathan, that's a conversation for the landlord, not for the call. But yes. Useful.
- Tom AshdownRight, I'm conscious we're coming up on time. Let's get something in the diary. Hannah, what does Amy need from us to move on?
- Hannah LoweI'll send Amy the access list and the security note this week. Amy, if you can tell me which of the four sources are the awkward ones, I'll plan around those.
- Amy RoyleThe repairs tickets, probably. The export is a bit odd. I'll write down what I know.
- Tom AshdownBrilliant. And I'll get the proposal over to Kerry and Stephen. Leave that with me. Thanks everyone, that was a good one.
- Kerry BramallThanks, Tom. Thanks, Hannah. Speak soon.
- Hannah LoweThanks, all. Bye for now.
