What was said
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Discovery with Donna Ibbotson, Head of Insight, who wants one auditable view across four or five systems under FCA rules. Harvey Doyle pitched Enterprise but left the annual price unconfirmed.
What happened: Donna described customer calls, credit notes, applications and follow-ups spread across four or five systems. She stressed the need for an audit trail under FCA rules.
Customer view: She asked about regulation, price, the length of implementation and her day-to-day contact. She will loop in her leadership team once she has the proposal.
Commercial: Harvey recommended Enterprise for SSO and SCIM and quoted sixty-two thousand for year one, bundling implementation and subscription. For the annual subscription he said only that it is in the region of one-twenty-five and promised a firm number.
Watch: The bundled year-one figure differs from the brief's separate implementation and subscription pricing. The firm quote must be checked before the proposal goes out.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Harvey Doyle to confirm the firm annual subscription figure internally before the proposal.
- Harvey to send the proposal and regulated-customer case studies to Donna Ibbotson.
- Harvey to book a follow-up call in a couple of weeks.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- The annual subscription figure was only approximate, so the proposal could contradict what was said on the call.
- The bundled year-one price may not match standard implementation and subscription pricing.
- Donna asked whether twelve weeks is too long, and leadership has not yet been involved.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- An Enterprise deal with SSO and SCIM for an FCA-regulated buyer.
- Case studies from other regulated customers could support approval by her leadership team.
Transcript
- Harvey DoyleHi Donna. Good to finally get you on. How was your week?
- Donna IbbotsonBusy as always. Looking forward to this conversation though. Our loan officers keep asking for better visibility into customer interactions across the board.
- Harvey DoyleThat's the core pain we solve. So tell me a bit about your workflow today. How do your teams see customer calls, applications, credit decisions, all of that?
- Donna IbbotsonIt's spread. Customer calls are recorded in our call system, the credit team pulls notes into a spreadsheet, applications live in the lending platform, and this is the mess: follow-ups are tracked in email or Slack. So if you want to see the full customer journey, you're jumping between four or five systems.
- Harvey DoyleAnd you've got FCA compliance on top of that?
- Donna IbbotsonExactly. We need an audit trail. Everything documented, nothing lost. At the moment we're doing a lot of manual reconciliation.
- Harvey DoyleOkay, so you need to see everything in one place: customer interactions, credit decisions, the timeline, all auditable. That's what the brain does. It sits inside your Snowflake account, brings in your call recordings, CRM, lending platform, whatever systems you use, and makes them queryable in one unified layer. Your team can search across everything at once.
- Donna IbbotsonHow do you handle the regulatory side? We're FCA-regulated, so there are strict rules on data retention and access.
- Harvey DoyleEnterprise tier, which would be my recommendation for you, includes SSO and SCIM, so access is controlled through your identity system. Everything's audited. And because the brain sits in your own Snowflake, you're not moving data to a third party. You keep full control and compliance.
- Donna IbbotsonWhat kind of investment are we talking?
- Harvey DoyleEnterprise is sixty-two thousand for year one: implementation and subscription bundled. That includes a twelve-week onboarding where we handle connector design, data mapping, security review, the whole thing. After year one it's an annual subscription renewal.
- Donna IbbotsonWhat's the subscription price?
- Harvey DoyleI'll confirm the exact annual figure, but it's in the region of one-twenty-five. I don't want to quote without checking. Let me get back to you with the firm number once I've run it past our team.
- Donna IbbotsonOkay. And the implementation: twelve weeks is a long time. What does that actually involve?
- Harvey DoyleFirst two weeks are a security review. We sit down with your IT and compliance teams, understand your data governance, and make sure everything lines up with FCA requirements. Then six weeks on the technical side: building connectors, mapping your data into the unified schema. Final four weeks on testing, training, and optimisation.
- Donna IbbotsonWho's my day-to-day contact?
- Harvey DoyleDuring implementation, you'd work with our solutions team. Once you're live, you get a named CSM who owns the ongoing relationship and quarterly business reviews with you.
- Donna IbbotsonThat sounds good. What's the next step?
- Harvey DoyleI'll put together a detailed proposal: the investment, the timeline, connector list, all of it, and we can grab another call in a couple of weeks. I'll also send some case studies from other regulated customers so you can see how they're using it.
- Donna IbbotsonPerfect. Send it over and I'll loop in my leadership team.
- Harvey DoyleWill do. Cheers, Donna. Speak soon.
