What was said
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Proposal call on Starter for Tallowfield Health Partners. Brandon Russell says practice relations is what they are missing. Jordan Pike quoted £28k a year including implementation. Proposal and MSA to follow the same day.
What happened: Jordan Pike walked Brandon Russell and Alyssa Jenkins through Starter: one team, up to 15 users, four connectors and a four-week implementation. He promised to send a proposal and MSA that day.
Customer view: Brandon said the capability around practice relations is exactly what they are missing. Alyssa confirmed the four named connectors cover what they need.
Commercial: Jordan quoted £28k a year with implementation included, which blurs the one-off fee and the annual subscription. The order form, not this call, decides the contracted price. The evidence does not show whether a proposal was signed.
Watch: Brandon said approval takes probably two weeks if Alyssa approves, so she is the decision-maker. Jordan also said any later growth in users or systems would be discussed at renewal or mid-contract.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Jordan Pike to send the proposal and MSA to Alyssa Jenkins and Brandon Russell the same day.
- Jordan Pike to check in with the customer the following Friday on questions and finance sign-off.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- The £28,000 a year quote folds implementation into an annual figure, so the proposal and order form must state the split clearly.
- Four connectors is a hard limit on Starter, and the customer's four named systems already use all of it.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Practice relations is a clear need, and growth in users or systems could move them to Growth later.
Transcript
- Jordan PikeBrandon, Alyssa, thanks for jumping on. So you've seen the demo and Brandon's got a feel for what we do, I wanted to walk you through the commercial piece and make sure we're thinking about this the right way.
- Brandon RussellYep, we're interested. The capability around practice relations is exactly what we're missing. Before we go further, what's the investment and what's the commitment?
- Jordan PikeHere's where we are. Starter tier is 28000 a year. That includes your implementation, four weeks, and you get six-month check-ins with your account team. No per-user add-ons, no per-connector surprises. It's all in that number.
- Alyssa JenkinsFour weeks is your timeline for implementation?
- Jordan PikeThat's right. We scope your connectors in the first week, build the connections, then you get training and go live. Four weeks start to finish, assuming you can give us access to your systems straight away.
- Brandon RussellThat's tight, but doable. And Starter, what does that give us in terms of users and connectors?
- Jordan PikeStarter is one team, up to 15 users, and we build four connectors. For you that'd be your practice records, your claims system, your broker submissions, and your internal ticketing system.
- Alyssa JenkinsThat covers what we need. What's the contract, is it a year?
- Jordan PikeYes, annual. Billed upfront in advance. If things change later: you want to add people, add systems, upgrade, we'd talk about that at renewal or mid-contract.
- Brandon RussellAnd what's your support like?
- Jordan PikeWith Starter you get email support and you've got a four-hour response time on issues. If you run into problems, we're here to help. We're also running a six-month check-in, so we're keeping an eye on how you're using it.
- Alyssa JenkinsHow much do you need from us to get this moving?
- Jordan PikeI can send you a proposal and MSA today. You'll need sign-off from finance and anyone else on your side, how long does that usually take you?
- Brandon RussellDepends. If Alyssa approves it, probably two weeks. Could be faster.
- Jordan PikeAll right. Tell you what, I'll send it over today, and let's check in next Friday to see where you're at with questions. Sound good?
- Alyssa JenkinsWorks for me. Send it over and we'll take a look.
- Jordan PikePerfect. I'll get that to you today. Thanks, both of you.
