What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Proposal call on 20 Nov 2025. Starter was priced at £28k all-in: £6,000 implementation and £22k annual subscription. Arnaud Janssens called it the right ballpark but must consult Elise before deciding.
What happened: Lewis Kerr walked Arnaud through a Starter proposal for four connectors: Salesforce, Zendesk, email and a spreadsheet. Implementation is four weeks, with go-live in mid-December if signed that week.
Customer view: Arnaud checked that the £22k recurs annually and asked about multi-year discounts. He called the price in the right ballpark but needs Elise's view.
Commercial: Lewis ruled out renewal discounts but hinted at first-term flexibility and said he would check. Discounts apply to the first term only, at most 20%.
Watch: The evidence does not show whether the discount was agreed or the proposal signed.

Transcript
- Lewis KerrRight Arnaud, morning. I wanted to walk through the proposal I've put together.
- Arnaud JanssensGreat, thanks for getting that over. Let me pull it up.
- Lewis KerrSo you're on Starter tier, that includes 15 users, four connectors. Your team seemed keen on Salesforce, Zendesk, email and spreadsheet. Implementation is four weeks. The all-in cost, including the implementation, is 28,000. We're invoicing that as 6,000 upfront for implementation and then the annual subscription of 22,000.
- Arnaud JanssensOkay. And that 22,000 is the annual recurring, so that renews every year?
- Lewis KerrExactly. And that's our list price for Starter. Standard terms are annual in advance, 30-day contract. We'd go live mid-December if you sign this week.
- Arnaud JanssensRight. And what's included in the implementation?
- Lewis KerrWe set up your Snowflake, connect the four sources, map your fields, do a test refresh, make sure your team is trained. You'd have Thomas as the main contact from your side.
- Arnaud JanssensThat makes sense. Do you offer any discount if we commit for multiple years?
- Lewis KerrNot on renewals, the price is what it is. But for the first term, there might be some flexibility if you're keen to sign soon. Let me check with my team.
- Arnaud JanssensFair enough. What happens if we want to add more users or connectors later?
- Lewis KerrWe can add those as add-ons: extra users or connectors, co-termed to your renewal. We can discuss that if the need comes up.
- Arnaud JanssensOkay. I need to run this past Elise, but I think it's in the right ballpark. When do you need a decision?
- Lewis KerrTo be precise, to hit mid-December go-live, ideally by end of November. So give yourself a couple of weeks.
- Arnaud JanssensThat should be fine. I'll come back to you once I've spoken to Elise.
- Lewis KerrPerfect. I'll check on that discount flexibility and get back to you today. Any other questions?
- Arnaud JanssensI don't think so. Thanks, Lewis.
- Lewis KerrKind regards, Arnaud. Speak soon.
