Ed DuckworthReally well, Daniel. Actually surprised by how much people are getting into it. We've had about five team members active every day for the past month.- Daniel OkaforThat's brilliant. What are they using it for most?
- Ed DuckworthMainly what we built it for: renewal prep. A broker looks up a client, sees their claims history and recent calls, and that's their talking points for the call. Saves a lot of admin.
- Daniel OkaforHow often would you say each person's using it?
- Ed DuckworthEvery day for the active ones. The less active people maybe once a week. But everyone who's tried it gets the value pretty quickly.
- Daniel OkaforThat's good to hear. Have you hit any issues? Data quality, performance, anything?
- Ed DuckworthNo, it's all been smooth. Data looks good. One person asked if they could run a custom report, but it's something we can do with the dashboards, so we don't need a special query.
- Daniel OkaforGood. At Growth tier, you get the dashboard builder, so you could build that report yourself. But for now, Starter is working well?
- Ed DuckworthYeah, no plans to upgrade. The fifteen users are enough and we're not hitting the connector limit.
- Daniel OkaforExcellent. As we move into the back half of the year, are there any other data sources you'd want to connect? Other systems that might be useful?
- Ed DuckworthNot right now. We've got what we need. Maybe down the line, but this is doing the job.
