Problem: Kayleigh Pounder, Care Systems Lead at Commondale Care, said the staff roster showed people as having left homes they had moved to another site from.

Handling: Olivia Grant, Support Engineer, traced it to the source HR system closing and reopening the record, which the sync reads as leaver then starter. Adam Kowal, Software Engineer, was looking at keeping the same person across. The ticket was solved on 5 May 2026 and closed on 9 May 2026.

Watch: The evidence does not show whether the sync now keeps transferred staff as one person.

Hello, the staff roster data is showing some people as having left the homes when they have actually moved to another site. It's making our staffing figures look wrong. Could you check where the record is coming from? Kayleigh

Hi Kayleigh, thanks for the detail. I've looked at a couple of the records and the move appears as a leaver and a new starter in the source HR system. I'm checking how our sync handles that and will come back to you. Thanks, Olivia

Source HR system closes and reopens the record on a site transfer, and our sync treats that as leaver then starter. Adam is looking at keeping the same person across. No customer reply needed yet.

Every card ends with a small made from link: it opens the lineage explorer focused on that card, so you can walk from the figure down to the raw rows it came from.
Use the sun and moon button at the top right to choose dark or light. Choose your device's own mode again to go back to following the device.

How to ask
