Kayleigh Pounder needed a new deputy manager restricted to one home's contacts. Olivia Grant explained that access by home is set on the user's profile. Closed 1 Aug 2025.

Problem: A new deputy manager needed to see family and commissioner contacts for one home only.

Handling: Olivia Grant replied within 177 minutes, and the tier is not in the pack, so no miss is judged. She explained that home access is ticked on the user's profile and offered to review a screenshot if the option was missing.

Watch: The evidence does not show whether the restriction was applied.

Hi, we have a new deputy manager starting at one of our homes and she needs to see the family and commissioner contacts for that home only. I've been through the user settings but can't find where to restrict her to a single home. Could you point me in the right direction? Thanks, Kayleigh

Hi Kayleigh, thanks for getting in touch. Access by home is set on the user's profile, under homes, where you can tick just the homes they should see. If the option isn't there on your side, send me a screenshot of the profile page and I'll take a look. Thanks, Olivia
