As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Kayleigh Pounder could only see group fee totals, not each home's invoices. Connor Webb pointed to the invoices option on each home's page. Closed 15 Jul 2025.
Problem: The customer could see group invoice totals but not the per-home breakdown.
Handling: Connor Webb replied within 352 minutes, and the tier is not in the pack, so no miss is judged. He told her to open the home's page and choose invoices from the menu.
Watch: The evidence does not show whether the invoices option appeared for her.
