What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026The monthly fees export left out the fee column until the range was changed from the default. Zoe Hocking confirmed it worked on 7 Sep 2026, and the ticket closed on 15 Sep 2026.
Problem: Zoe Hocking's fees export for the partners lacked the fee column, with a deadline run the following week.
Handling: Olivia Grant apologised for the slow reply and said the fee column appears only on the monthly range, not the default. Zoe changed the range and the column appeared. The first response took 852 minutes.
Watch: Zoe asked why the default range leaves the fee column out, and the record does not answer that.

- created · Zoe Hocking 3 Sep 2026 14:57I've been trying to export this month's fees for the client list to send to the partners, but the export doesn't include the fee column. I've followed the guide twice. We have a deadline run next week, so any help soon would be appreciated. Zoe
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 4 Sep 2026 05:09Hi Zoe, sorry for the slow reply. The fee column only appears when the export is set to the monthly range, not the default. Could you check the range at the top of the export screen and tell me what you see? Olivia
- Public reply · Zoe Hocking 7 Sep 2026 16:05Thanks. The range was on the default. I've changed it to monthly and the fee column is there now. I'd still like to know why the default leaves it out, as this will catch us out again. Zoe
