As at Fri 9 Oct 2026The customs desk asked for exceptions to be grouped by importer instead of sorted by date. Olivia Grant logged it as a feature request and pointed to the dashboards builder included with Growth.
Request: Thijs Brouwer, Customs and Systems Manager, asked for exceptions grouped by importer on one page, noting the account is on Growth.
Handling: Olivia Grant logged the request for the product team with no promised date, and asked Thijs to try a view in the dashboards builder.
Watch: Thijs said he would try the dashboard first, and the record does not show the result before the ticket was closed on 22 Jun 2026.

- created · Thijs Brouwer 17 Jun 2026 09:30Hi, a request from the customs desk. The exceptions list is sorted by date, which makes it hard to see which importer has the most open issues. It would help a lot to group exceptions by importer on one page. We're on Growth, so if this already exists somewhere, please point me to it. Thanks, Thijs
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 18 Jun 2026 01:17Hi Thijs, thanks for the request. I've logged it as a feature request for the product team. I can't promise when it will be picked up, but I'll make sure they have the detail. In the meantime, the dashboards builder that comes with Growth may get you close. Olivia
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 18 Jun 2026 12:37Hi Thijs, just so I've got this right, the main need is seeing exceptions grouped by importer, and the date order matters less? Can you try building a view in the dashboards builder and tell me what you see? Olivia
- Public reply · Thijs Brouwer 18 Jun 2026 13:08Thanks Olivia. Yes, grouping by importer is the main thing. I'll try the dashboard first and let you know if it isn't enough. Thijs
