As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Karen Oxley asked for a branch filter on the trade account page. Olivia Grant passed it to the product team as a feature request with no delivery date.
Problem: The trade account page shows all branches together, which Karen Oxley finds noisy for branch managers. Handling: Olivia Grant logged the request with the product team and said no delivery date can be promised. Watch: The ticket closed on 25 Nov 2025; the record does not show any later decision on the feature.

At the moment I can see orders, deliveries, calls and credit for every branch together, which is useful for the key-account team but gets noisy for my branch managers. Would it be possible to filter the whole page down to one branch? I'm happy to talk through how we would use it if that helps. Just so I've got this right, you'd like a branch filter on the trade account page, so orders, deliveries, calls and credit can be narrowed to one branch at a time. I've passed this to the product team as a feature request with your use case attached, so they can see what the North East team needs. I can't promise a delivery date, but I'll let you know if it moves. Thanks, Olivia
