Problem: Some trade accounts showed twice with the same account number and two branch names after the delivery feed moved. Handling: Olivia Grant held the merge for accounts Ashok Patel flagged, tested it on one branch, and proceeded after he confirmed the newer code is live. Ross Thackeray was to check the merge script. Watch: Ashok Patel will check ledger totals after the merge; the record does not show the result of that check.

I can see the duplicates from the delivery feed and it looks like two branch codes are pointing at the same trade accounts. I need to check which code is current before we merge anything. Which branch code do your teams use day to day? Olivia

I'd like to test any merge on one branch first before we touch the rest. The ledger says otherwise for a couple of accounts, so please don't merge those yet. Ashok

- Internal note · Olivia Grant 6 Nov 2025 10:41Confirmed the newer branch code is live. Old code only applies to pre-move orders. Merge the duplicates in the mapping, not in the orders table. Ross to check the merge script before we run it across the rest. Customer happy for us to proceed, they will check ledger totals on their side.
