Problem: The credit connector showed as connected but its record count had not moved since the branch system update. Handling: Connor Webb found every row rejected at the account mapping step, which matched the mapping change Ashok Patel made. Connor asked for the live trade account number format. Watch: Ashok Patel's test on one branch loaded straight away, but he is holding the rollout until the live account number is confirmed; the ticket closed on 20 Sep 2025 with a first response of 919 minutes.

created · Ashok Patel 8 Sep 2025 12:40Hi, the credit connector has stopped loading new records. It still shows as connected in the admin screen, but the record count hasn't moved since the branch system was updated last week. I've checked the source login and it's working, so I don't think it's a credentials problem. I changed the account mapping on Friday to match the new trade account numbers, which may be the cause, but I'd rather you checked than me guessing. Screenshot attached. What do you see on your side? The load is running but every row is being rejected at the account mapping step, which fits with the change you made on Friday. The mapping seems to be using the old account number format for part of the feed. Can you check which trade account number the new branch system is sending for the rest of the branches? Once I have that I can re-map the connector and run a manual sync so you can see the count move. Connor

Before I roll it out I need to be sure which account number is live for the others, because both formats appear in the feed. Which account number is that? I'd rather not overwrite anything I can't put back. Ashok
