- created · Karen Oxley 8 Sep 2025 15:53Hello, I have a new branch manager starting in one of my branches next week and I need to know what access they will get in the system. At the moment I think they will only see their own branch, but my understanding was that the regional view would show too. Could you let me know what to set up, and whether I need to ask someone at head office to approve it? I am not in a rush, but it would be good to have it sorted before they start. Thanks, Karen
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 8 Sep 2025 23:11Hi Karen, thanks for getting in touch. A branch manager normally sees their own branch, and the regional view is a separate role, so it will need to be added. Once it is in place, they will see the regional accounts too. Approval is usually given by whoever holds the admin role on your side, so please check with them first. Olivia
