As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Ashok Patel needed one trade account to show across every branch before a credit limit review, and Connor Webb gave the steps the same day. The record does not show the totals were checked against the ledger.
Problem: Ashok Patel needed one trade account shown across all branches that trade with it, ahead of the next day's credit limit review, and asked which account number matters.
Handling: Connor Webb gave the branch view steps on 21 May 2025, advised ticking the show account number option so branch lines match the ledger, and said he had tested it on a Midlands account.
Watch: Ashok expected the totals to match the ledger, but no check is recorded. The account number question was answered only indirectly, through that option.

- Public reply · Ashok Patel 21 May 2025 11:48Hi Connor, quick one before the afternoon. Is there a way to show one trade account across every branch that trades with it, rather than a separate list for each branch? I'll put the full question in properly later. Ashok
- Public reply · Connor Webb 21 May 2025 15:03Hi Ashok, yes, it's possible. Open the trade account, then use the branch view at the top and select all branches. It shows the account once, with the branch on each line. If you want that to be the default for your team, I can show you where it's saved. Let me know the details when you send the full question. - created · Ashok Patel 21 May 2025 17:38Hi, further to this morning's messages, this is urgent for us. The branch managers are reviewing credit limits on the housebuilder accounts tomorrow, and I need one trade account to show across every branch that trades with it in a single view. Connor's steps from earlier should get us there, but I want to check I'm doing the right thing before I tell the branch managers how to use it. Which account number matters when an account trades with several branches? I've been working through the setup this afternoon and it's mostly there. I'll test it on one branch first, and when I'm done the totals should match the ledger. Ashok
- Public reply · Connor Webb 21 May 2025 18:24Hi Ashok, thanks for the detail. The steps I gave earlier still apply. For the screenshot you sent, I'd also tick the show account number option so the branch lines match the ledger. I've tested it on a Midlands account and each branch shows as expected. Test it on one branch first if you like, then roll it out. Connor
