What happened
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Rebecca Ainsworth built a renewals table in the dashboards builder, but the claims column was empty for most members. Olivia Grant said claims show only where linked in the claims system and proposed a call, with no record of it taking place.
Problem: Claims were blank in most rows of the renewals table because claims only show where they are linked to the policy.
Handling: First response came after 520 minutes. Olivia Grant suggested a note on empty rows so managers do not assume there are no claims, and the ticket was solved on 3 Dec 2025 and closed on 7 Dec 2025.
Watch: Rebecca said the wait for an answer was longer than she liked and asked for a call soon. The record does not show whether the call happened, and the claim links still need checking policy by policy.

- created · Rebecca Ainsworth 12 Nov 2025 09:28Hello, the renewals work is going really well since we rolled B-Viz out to the relationship managers. What I'd like to do next is a single view listing each member renewing in the next quarter, with their policies, open claims and last call, so managers can prepare without opening five screens. I've had a look in the dashboards area but I'm not sure whether I should build it there or in the pages. Is there a guide? Let's not make them tell us twice, as I keep saying to the team. Thanks so much, Rebecca

You can build this in the dashboards builder, which is part of your Growth plan. Start a new dashboard, add a table, and filter it on the renewal date so it shows the next quarter. Each row can then pull in policies, open claims and the latest call from the linked records. I'll send a short screen recording tomorrow in case that helps. Speak soon, Olivia

Is that because claims are only linked on some policies? What does the member see when a manager opens the row? Is that the whole picture, or have I missed a filter? Kind regards, Rebecca
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 18 Nov 2025 11:30Hi Rebecca, sorry for the slow reply. You're right, claims only fill in where the claim has been linked to the policy in the claims system. For the empty rows, the link needs checking on each policy. I'd suggest we set the column to show a note when nothing is linked, so managers know to ask rather than assume there are no claims. I can go through it with you on a short call if that suits. Kind regards, Olivia

I'll be honest that the wait for an answer was longer than I'd like, so it would help to have that call soon. Please book it with Tom or yourself, whichever is quicker. Let's see how the managers get on with it first. Kind regards, Rebecca
