Problem: Only one record type can be exported at a time, so the claims team keeps rebuilding the same audit spreadsheet.
Handling: Connor Webb logged the request for product review, noted the audit use case, and suggested exporting each type and joining on the member reference. First response came after 437 minutes, and the ticket was marked solved on 29 Jul 2025 and closed on 2 Aug 2025.
Watch: Tariq said the join covers the audit but not the grouping by policy, and the record does not show that he agreed to the ticket being closed.

created · Tariq Mahmood 28 Jul 2025 17:23Hello, I'd like to request a way to export a member's full timeline, meaning policies, claims and calls in one file, grouped by policy rather than by date. At the moment we can only export one type at a time, and our claims team keep rebuilding the same spreadsheet for audits. Is this something on your roadmap, or is there a workaround we're missing? I've logged it as a feature request, so it goes to the product team for review. I've added your audit use case to the request, as that's the detail they tend to weigh most. In the meantime, there is a workaround. Export each type separately, then join them on the member reference, which appears in every export. I can't promise it will be built, but I'll let you know if anything changes. Thanks, Connor

I've noted that it's wanted by an existing customer, with the audit detail attached. The join workaround may cover it for now. If you're happy with that, I'll mark this as solved, and you can reopen it at any point if the team's plans change. Thanks, Connor
