What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Rebecca Ainsworth, Head of Member Services, asked how to get a member's policies, claims and calls in one answer. Connor Webb's suggested wording worked for one member, but not for one with a claim under an earlier policy number.
Problem: Asking for everything about a member returned policies only, so the team was opening three screens before renewal meetings.
Handling: Connor Webb suggested writing out policies, claims and calls in full, and first response came after 87 minutes. The ticket was marked solved on 27 Jun 2025 and closed on 1 Jul 2025.
Watch: Rebecca reported on 24 Jun 2025 that one member still returned only policies. The record shows no answer to that follow-up before the ticket was solved.

- created · Rebecca Ainsworth 23 Jun 2025 17:28Hello, we're preparing renewal packs for the schools team and need a member's full history on one page. Is there a way to ask B-Viz for one member's policies, claims and calls in a single answer? We've tried asking for everything about a member and only get the policies back, so the team is having to open three screens. The renewal meetings start soon and I'd like this sorted before then. Let's not make them tell us twice, so we need the full picture in one place. Kind regards, Rebecca

Try asking with the member's name and the words 'policies, claims and calls' written out in full, for example 'show policies, claims and calls for' followed by the name. That should return all three in one answer. If it only gives policies, can you send me the exact wording you used and the member's name so I can reproduce it on our side? Thanks, Connor

It still only returns policies for one of the members in the pack, though, the one who has a claim under an earlier policy number. Is that the whole picture, or is there something else we should be asking for? I'll pass the exact wording on in the usual way. Kind regards, Rebecca
