What happened
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Recent claims stopped appearing in search after the customer changed the claims system login, while policy data kept working. Connor Webb asked the customer's IT team to confirm read access, and the last comment is dated 16 May 2025.
Problem: recent claims were missing from search while policy data was fine, and Rebecca Ainsworth needed it working by the end of the week.
Handling: Connor Webb traced the stop to the login change and asked the customer's IT team to confirm the new login had read access before a fresh load.
Watch: the ticket was marked solved on 12 Jun 2025, but the evidence does not show what fixed it or when claims returned to search.

- created · Rebecca Ainsworth 15 May 2025 13:42Hello, our Member Services connector to the claims system has stopped picking up new claims. The most recent claims show nowhere in search, though the policy data is fine. I think it started after our IT team changed the login for the claims system. Could you check it when you can? Nothing is urgent for members today, but the relationship managers need it working by the end of the week. Thanks, Rebecca

I've checked the connector and it has stopped loading claims records since the login change, which matches what you describe. I haven't confirmed the cause yet, so I won't guess at it. The next step is for your IT team to confirm the new login has read access to the claims tables, and then we can run a fresh load. I'll keep the ticket open until I see the records come through. Kind regards, Connor
