How-to on sharing a dashboard. Sharing is set on the dashboard itself, not in admin. Solved 29 Feb 2024 after Rebecca Ainsworth found the setting.

Problem: Rebecca could not find where to share the schools renewals dashboard, and had looked only in admin.

Handling: Callie Brennan gave the route through the dashboard's Share option and explained that admin controls logins only. Rebecca confirmed sharing worked, and the ticket was marked solved on 29 Feb 2024.

Watch: The evidence does not show whether colleagues logged in and opened the dashboard.

Hi, quick one. I want to share the schools renewals dashboard with the rest of the team, but I can't see where to set who gets access. I've been through the admin area and I can only see my own user. Is it in admin, or in the dashboard itself? Thanks

Hi Rebecca, Sharing is set on the dashboard itself, not in admin. Here is the route: - Open the dashboard and choose Share. - Add the people or groups you want. - Choose view or edit. For the wider team, view is probably the right choice. Admin only controls who can log in, so if your colleagues already have a login, that part is done. Can you try that and tell me what you see? Thanks Callie. Found it on the dashboard. I had been looking in the wrong place, which is on me. Everyone is shared now. I'll leave this with you until the team has logged in and seen it. Rebecca

Conversations, Commercial, People, News and Documents cut the same data by topic. System explains how the site is built and where each figure comes from.
Every card ends with a small made from link: it opens the lineage explorer focused on that card, so you can walk from the figure down to the raw rows it came from.
Use the sun and moon button at the top right to choose dark or light. Choose your device's own mode again to go back to following the device.

How to ask

Press Ask B (the speech bubble) in the header, or open the Ask B page. Type a question, or pick one of the suggestions.

Ask B sends your question to Claude through the B-Viz connector. Claude answers from the same records as these pages, read-only, and links each claim to its source page.
Find (the box in the header) finds the organisations, people, calls, emails, tickets, documents and news that match your words, with links to their pages.
The same connector works in Claude Desktop or the B-Viz Claude Project, with the same answers and sources.
