Feature request for helpline calls on the member renewal view, logged in Feb 2024. No delivery date given; search by member record offered as workaround.

Request: Rebecca Ainsworth asked for helpline calls to appear on the member view in date order, so renewals start from the whole picture.

Handling: Callie Brennan logged it as a feature request, gave no delivery date, and suggested a saved member search as a workaround. She asked for a rough figure on how often managers check calls during renewals.

Watch: The evidence does not show whether the product team decided on the request or whether the usage figure was sent.

Hi team, Before the schools renewals go live in the new view, I wanted to raise something. When a relationship manager opens a member's renewal, the policy and the claims come up together, but the helpline calls sit on a separate screen. Our managers then have to search for call history themselves, and that is exactly the step we brought B-Viz in to remove. Could the calls appear on the same member view, in date order, so the renewal starts from the whole picture? I think it would save a lot of back and forth. Kind regards, Rebecca

Hi Rebecca, Thanks for this, and it is a clear use case. Here is where it stands: - I have logged it as a feature request, with the renewal view as the reason. - I cannot give you a delivery date and I won't guess at one. I will tell you what the product team decides as soon as I hear. - For now, the search by member record is the right workaround. If your managers save that search, they will only need the one step. What would help the case is a rough sense of how often managers check calls during a renewal. Send it over when you can. Thanks, Callie
