What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Dashboard pages were taking 30 seconds or more to load with no errors. Olivia Grant asked which dashboard, date range and record volume were involved, and the ticket is pending.
Problem: Josh Pearce reported on 7 Oct 2026 that dashboard queries had become much slower over a couple of weeks, with some pages taking 30 seconds or more and no errors.
Handling: Olivia Grant replied at 17:28 and asked which dashboard was slowest, the date range, the rough record count, and whether new data sources or more concurrent users had been added. The first response was logged at 293 minutes.
Watch: The ticket status is pending and the record does not show Josh's answers, so the cause is not yet known. Slower queries alongside more data or users could mean rising use rather than a fault.

- created · Josh Pearce 7 Oct 2026 12:35Our team has noticed that dashboard queries are running much slower than they were a couple weeks ago. Some pages are taking 30 seconds or more to load. No errors, just slow. Is there anything on your end we should know about?
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 7 Oct 2026 17:28Hi Josh, thanks for letting us know. Performance varies depending on the query and how much data you're working with. To help me dig into this, can you tell me which dashboard is slowest, what date range you're querying, and roughly how many records are you filtering? Also, has anything changed on your end: new data sources connected, or more users running queries at the same time? Thanks, Olivia
