Problem: Trent Nakamura, business intelligence manager at Quarrington Care Network, asked whether the intake coordinator role hid the financial and billing dashboards and showed the referral source fields.
Handling: Olivia Grant confirmed both on 21 Sep 2026, allowed more test users, and flagged that the intake form and intake notes were visible to the role. Trent confirmed on 23 Sep 2026 that the intake notes were expected.
Watch: Trent planned a full reconciliation against the internal role structure by the end of that week. The record shows no reply after 24 Sep 2026, so the outcome of the reconciliation is unknown.

We've been testing it with a small group and want to confirm everything's configured correctly before we roll it out more broadly. Can you confirm: 1. Is the role filtering out the financial and billing dashboards? 2. Are intake coordinators seeing the referral source fields as expected? 3. Can we add more users for testing, or should we wait until you've signed off? We're keen to get this rolled out so the team can start using it properly. Thanks, Trent- Public reply · Olivia Grant 21 Sep 2026 16:45Hi Trent, Perfect timing. I've just tested the role on our end and can confirm the configuration. Here's what I'm seeing: 1. Financial and billing dashboards are excluded 2. Referral source fields are all visible to the role 3. You can add more users for testing. No issues with that. One thing I noticed when I tested it: the intake form is showing through, and so are the intake notes. Just wanted to make sure that's what you're expecting on your end?
