As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lee Garside asked how to filter the orders dashboard to a single NHS trust. Olivia Grant showed the filter and a saved view, which Lee said worked well for the weekly syncs.
Problem: the orders dashboard showed every trust, and Lee Garside needed one trust's orders for a meeting the next day.
Handling: Olivia Grant replied in 45 minutes and asked which page Lee was using. On 19 Jun 2026 Olivia gave the Trust Name filter steps and the Save View button, and Lee confirmed on 22 Jun 2026 that it worked.
Watch: the working answer came two days after the request, after the meeting the customer had mentioned. The record does not show whether the trust demonstration went ahead.

- Public reply · Olivia Grant 17 Jun 2026 14:47Hi Lee, thanks for getting in touch. Just so I've got this right: you want to see orders for just one trust in your dashboard view? There are a couple of ways to do this. Can you tell me which dashboard or page you're working in?
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 19 Jun 2026 12:39I've had a look at your account. In the Orders dashboard, there's a filter dropdown at the top left that lets you filter by Trust Name. Click that and select Nottingham General, then click Apply and the dashboard will show only that trust's orders. You can also save this as a view for next time - click the Save View button when you've got the filter set up. Can you try that and tell me what you see?
