Who they are
Insight
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026CFO and economic buyer at Merriott Lyle Distribution. He decides on signature and reads every figure against its base. Since the Enterprise renewal he has pressed on seat usage and value, and he has held the £4,548 expansion pending a usage review.
Role: Chief Financial Officer in Birmingham, held in the CRM as economic buyer. His platform user was created on 28 Feb 2025 and is not an admin. He has no tickets and no deals recorded against him.
Influence: he is the signing authority. In the 30 Jan 2025 negotiation call he would not sign without Bernadette Lowry's comfort, so credit control carries weight with him.
Watch: he rejects any figure without a base, wants value in terms the board will accept, and links falling usage to the price of two hundred seats. He wants usage and a value note before the expansion moves. The evidence does not show the outcome of 14 Sep 2026.
