Role: Operations Analyst in Manchester, CRM role admin. She carries credentials, name mapping and dashboards, and was trained on 25 Feb 2025 with Tariq Hussain. By the 12 Nov 2025 QBR she was the heaviest user and admin.
Influence: She is a champion and gatekeeper for adoption, not the signer. Simon Ashworth said at the 12 Nov 2025 QBR that he would review at renewal. Her time-saving estimate is the value case for him.
Watch: The account leans on her as the single admin. Her platform user was deactivated on 31 Dec 2025, and the evidence does not show why or who now administers the account.
