Insight

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026

Operations Analyst and platform admin at Silverbeck Energy Services in Aberdeen. He asked 40% of the organisation's questions over the last 12 months, so he is the main user and a key-person risk. He is not shown making commercial decisions.

Role: Operations Analyst with a CRM role of admin and an admin platform account created on 1 Dec 2025. He took part in onboarding and training calls and raised the dashboard filter and connector tickets.

Influence: he asked 1325 of 3332 questions over the last 12 months, 40%, and 418 of 1193 in the last 90 days, 35%. The evidence shows no deals or pricing discussion with him.

Watch: the work orders connector stopped loading new records on 16 Jun 2026, and the evidence does not show its resolution. A marketing invitation aimed at heads of revenue operations went unanswered, so he may not be the right audience for it.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the AI from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.

BG-Demo is a fictional company: every organisation, person and figure here is invented for this demonstration. B-Viz is the tool that reads its data.
