Finance Manager at Marlstone Legal. Joined the Growth negotiation and the renewal call, pressed on renewal cost, and receives the invoices. Says the commercial team uses the brain heavily. Does not appear to lead the decision, which sits with the Chief Executive.

Role: Finance Manager at Marlstone Legal, CRM role finance, London. Two calls and four email threads are on record, with no tickets or deals. He is the addressee for BG-Demo billing notices and the order form review.

Influence: On the 27 Feb 2025 call he pressed on what renewal would cost. On the 23 Feb 2026 call he said the commercial team uses the brain heavily. Emma Croft, Chief Executive, gave the go-ahead, so Toby shapes the commercial detail rather than the decision.

Watch: He is due to review the renewal order form and return it signed. The evidence does not show that it was signed. Renewal price expectations were set at the v1 list, so he is the person to prepare on price and tier fit.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the AI from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.

BG-Demo is a fictional company: every organisation, person and figure here is invented for this demonstration. B-Viz is the tool that reads its data.
