Insight
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Brianna Ocampo is the CRM champion at Greer Ocampo Staffing. She drove the Growth evaluation from discovery to a £62k proposal and asked for the order form on 6 May 2026. The evidence does not show a signed order form.
Role: VP Client Services and CRM champion. She joined every call from discovery on 30 Jan 2026 to negotiation on 6 May 2026 and expects about fifteen users across Client Services and Operations.
Influence: She said she cannot commit alone and checks with Wade Greer, who signs off. Luis Herrera needed board clearance on discretionary spend. She reported everyone on board and asked for the order form.
Watch: The proposal is an open item, not executed paper. Year-two price was left without a figure, and implementation was quoted as four weeks and later eight. The £44k subscription and £12k implementation do not reconcile with £62k.
