Executed: The Starter order form of 13 Feb 2026 sets £22k a year payable upfront, £6,000 implementation and £28k total contract value, for 1 Mar 2026 to 28 Feb 2027. The MSA and DPA executed the same day sit beneath it. The DPA keeps all personal data in the United Kingdom.
Open items: The draft proposal of 31 Dec 2025, the final proposal of 6 Jan 2026 and the draft MSA of 26 Jan 2026 were superseded on 13 Feb 2026. None of them binds Wrenfield, but each holds wording a customer could rely on.
Contradictions:
- The 31 Dec 2025 draft proposal holds year two at a flat £22k, invoiced each January. The executed order form says nothing about renewal price, and its term ends 28 Feb 2027.
- The 6 Jan 2026 proposal ties renewal to 12 months from go-live. The executed order form fixes the end date at 28 Feb 2027.
- The executed MSA sets nightly refresh by 07:00 customer local time. The executed order form says 07:00 UK local time.
- The executed MSA makes implementation payable within 30 days of invoice. The executed order form says within 30 days of the commencement date.
Commitments: Under the order form, availability is 99.5% uptime per month and P1 response is 4 business hours. An availability breach earns a credit of 5% of one month's fee. Up to 4 connectors are included. The executed MSA lets either party terminate at term end on 90 days' notice. It also states that early termination incurs no penalty, which is ambiguous.
Gaps: All seven documents were read, so this roll-up covers every document held. No executed document names the Wrenfield signatory, and the signature lines are blank in the text. None states a renewal notice period, auto-renewal or connector go-live dates. The 2 Mar 2026 onboarding plan does not show whether go-live was achieved. That plan promises a quarterly check-in, while the Starter tier carries a six-monthly one.
