As at Fri 9 Oct 2026All eight documents were read. The latest executed order form, signed 25 Jul 2024, set Starter at £20k a year for 1 Aug 2024 to 31 Jul 2025. No document covers any period after 31 Jul 2025, and the 2023 proposals promised renewal terms that the executed MSA does not carry.
Executed: Four documents are executed. The MSA, the data processing agreement and the first order form are dated 14 Jul 2023, and a second order form is dated 25 Jul 2024.
The 14 Jul 2023 order form set Starter at £18k a year, after a 10% discount on £20k, plus £6,000 implementation, for 1 Aug 2023 to 31 Jul 2024. The 25 Jul 2024 order form set Starter at £20k a year, annual in advance, for 1 Aug 2024 to 31 Jul 2025.
Open items: Two drafts (the 9 Jun 2023 proposal and the 29 Jun 2023 MSA v2) and two final documents (the 14 Jun 2023 proposal and the 5 Aug 2023 onboarding plan) sit in the folder. The executed paper of 14 Jul 2023 supersedes the drafts and proposals, and the MSA v2 draft matches the executed MSA as read.
Contradictions: Both proposals say the subscription renews at the same price unless either party gives 30 days' notice. The executed MSA says renewal is optional, with 90 days' notice to cancel.
The same-price promise in the proposals also differs from the 25 Jul 2024 order form, which priced the second term at £20k, not £18k. The 14 Jul 2023 order form and the onboarding plan label £18k as Annual Recurring Revenue, but it is only the discounted first-term price.
Commitments: The data processing agreement states no end date, so its terms appear to stand: encryption, subprocessors only with prior written consent, a yearly audit right and deletion within thirty days of termination.
The order form service levels ran with the term that ended 31 Jul 2025. These were 99.5% availability, a P1 first response of 4 business hours and a 5% credit.
Gaps: No document covers any period after 31 Jul 2025. The folder does not show whether Corriemoor Foods renewed, or what it pays now, so accounting and the CRM must confirm the position.
Neither order form shows a customer signature, and the MSA and data processing agreement do not name the Corriemoor Foods signatory. Under the price book, any Starter renewal starting on or after 1 Jul 2026 is at the v2 list of £22k.
