Ask: Sophie offered a demo early the following week and offered to bring a solutions engineer for technical questions.
Customer view: Rosemary said the date "could work" and wants IT in the room for the technical part. She is engaged but has not committed to a time.
Next: Sophie to offer Rosemary a couple of morning times. The evidence does not show a booked date.
