As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Tom Ashdown sent the £155k Enterprise proposal. CFO Emyr Hopkins will check it against budget and asked whether quarterly billing costs more, before it goes to committee. Tom has not yet confirmed the terms.
Ask: Emyr wants to know if quarterly billing is at the same price or carries a premium. He needs that clear before committee.
Customer view: He is engaged and reviewing against budget, which makes the figure and terms the live issue. Carys Pugh has not replied in this thread.
Next: Tom said he will confirm the quarterly terms in writing and has proposed a short call with Carys. This proposal is open, not executed paper.

- Tom Ashdown 7 Oct 2026 16:37Carys, Emyr, Please find the proposal for Enterprise, covering the broker management and claims work we discussed. The proposal comes to £155,000 in total for the Enterprise scope. Emyr, I know you'll want to look at the payment terms. These are annual in advance as standard, with quarterly billing available on request. Carys, I'd suggest we book a short call once you've had a chance to read it. Best, Tom
- Emyr Hopkins 8 Oct 2026 12:35Tom, Thanks for this. I'll review the figure against our budget and come back to you on the payment terms. Is the quarterly option at the same price, or is there a premium? I'd like that clear before it goes to committee. Emyr
- Tom Ashdown 8 Oct 2026 12:59Emyr, Carys, Good question, Emyr. Quarterly billing is available on request, and I'll confirm the exact terms in writing so you have them before committee. I'd rather not guess at the number from memory. Best, Tom
