What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Nell Ashcombe chased the same £23k invoice again and offered a copy or the order details. Irene Coulson said she was chasing internally and gave no payment date.
Ask: Nell asked whether Irene needed a copy of the invoice or the order details to get it moving. The invoice is dated 30 Aug 2023 and was due 29 Sep 2023.
Customer view: Irene replied briefly that she was chasing on her side and would update once she knew. She did not take up the offer of documents or raise a dispute.
Next: The evidence does not show a reason for the delay or a payment date. The pattern is slow payment, not a stated complaint about value.

- Nell Ashcombe 13 Nov 2023 09:46Hi Irene, A quick note on the invoice from 30 Aug 2023, which is still showing as unpaid after its due date of 29 Sep 2023. The total is £23,400, including VAT of £3,900. Is there anything you need from us to get it moving, such as a copy of the invoice or the order details? Happy to send either. Best, Nell
