Nell Ashcombe 6 Oct 2023 10:46Hi Irene, I'm writing about the invoice we issued on 30 Aug 2023. It was due on 29 Sep 2023 and our records still show it as unpaid. The total is £23,400, which is £19,500 plus VAT of £3,900. If it has already gone out, could you send me the remittance so I can match it on our side? If something is holding it up, tell me what it is and I'll help get it resolved. Best, Nell
