Nell Ashcombe 25 Sep 2023 16:45Hi Irene, I'm writing about the invoice dated 17 Aug 2023 for £7,200, made up of £6,000 plus VAT of £1,200. It was due on 16 Sep 2023, and our records still show it as unpaid. If the payment has already gone out, thank you, and please ignore this note. If it hasn't, could you let me know when it's likely to be paid? I'd rather we sort this now than let it drift. If something about the invoice is holding things up, tell me what it is and I'll deal with it directly. Best, Nell
