Ask: Tom wanted the systems lead involved and a first list of sources to connect. He sent a note from Tobias Renwick on how B-Viz reads each source and refreshes overnight.
Customer view: Kayleigh engaged quickly, but her first concern is resilience, because Commondale Care changes systems "more often than anyone would like". This is a technical test of connector upkeep.

Tobias has put together a short note on how B-Viz reads from each source and how it stays up to date overnight. It's written for a systems lead rather than a sales audience, so Kayleigh, that one is for you. Could you tell me which systems you'd want connected first? No need for a full list yet. Best, Tom
