Ask: Priya asked Nicholas to confirm the team of fifteen and the £20k figure so the new term runs without a gap before 22 Sep 2025.
Customer view: he is not comfortable signing the same spend and asked to talk on Monday. Priya agreed to hold the order form and to have Daniel pull the usage picture.

If we can get this over the line by 8 Sep 2025, the new term runs without a gap before 22 Sep 2025. Could you confirm the team of fifteen is still the right size, and that the £19,500 figure is what you expect? Happy to make this easy. Best, Priya
