Ask: Nell asked Roger to confirm the payment approver and whether a purchase order number is required. She also asked him to say if the invoice had not arrived.
Customer view: None is recorded, as Roger does not reply in this thread.
Next: Payment and any purchase order need are unconfirmed here. Accounting records would show whether the invoice was paid.

Nell Ashcombe 10 Sep 2024 10:52Hi Roger, I have issued the invoice for Yealmpton today, so I want to make sure it reaches the right person without delay. It is for £6,000 net, plus £1,200 VAT, which makes £7,200 in total. The due date is 10 Oct 2024. Could you confirm who approves payments on your side, and whether you need a purchase order number from us? If anything is missing, tell me and I will sort it the same day. If the invoice has not arrived, say so and I will find out why. Best, Nell
