As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Priya Raman sent the Starter order form for £26k and asked for signature by 9 Sep 2024. Nicholas Pengelly declined that date: his finance partner wants payment terms in writing and the practice manager wants the kickoff plan first.
Ask: Priya wanted the order form signed by 9 Sep 2024 to book the kickoff and first refresh. Nicholas replied on 10 Sep 2024, after that date, so the deadline had already passed.
Customer view: He did not refuse. He wants a short note covering payment terms and the kickoff plan, and says he would "rather get it right than rush it".
Next: BG-Demo owes him that note. The thread does not show whether the form was later signed, so treat it as an open item.

- Priya Raman 5 Sep 2024 12:26Hi Nicholas, It was great to speak last week, and thank you for the detailed questions on the kickoff. The order form is ready for signature. The total on it is £25,500, which covers the Starter package we discussed. If we can get this over the line by Monday 9 Sep 2024, we can get your team booked into the kickoff and onto the first refresh. Happy to make this easy: I can walk you through the form on a call if that helps, or you can simply reply to confirm and I will arrange the signature. Best, Priya
- Nicholas Pengelly 10 Sep 2024 14:40Hi Priya, Thanks for the order form. I am afraid we will not be able to sign by Monday. Our finance partner wants to see the payment terms in writing before anyone signs, and our practice manager would like to look at the kickoff plan first. Could you send over a short note covering both? I would rather get it right than rush it, and I expect we can come back to you later in the month. Regards, Nicholas
