What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Jordan Pike asked Danielle Novotny for a live proposal walkthrough before it goes to Glenn. Danielle agreed, asked for slots next week, wants underwriting present and wants the agency example anonymised.
Ask: Jordan wanted forty-five minutes to show one agency end to end, with submissions, calls and complaints on one page. Danielle replied on 18 Sep 2026 and agreed to see it before Glenn does.
Customer view: she is supportive and wants to keep things moving. She set a condition that no single agency's numbers appear in front of people outside her team.
Next: Jordan to send a couple of morning slots for next week. Danielle will check who in underwriting is free.

- Jordan Pike 15 Sep 2026 12:02Hi Danielle, Here's where we are. Our last call gave us what we needed on the agency views, and I'm now pulling the proposal together. To be transparent, I want to walk you through it live before it goes anywhere near Glenn, so you can tell me what's missing. Could we find forty-five minutes this week or next? I'd like to show one agency end to end, the way you asked, with submissions, calls and complaints on one page. What would make this a yes for you and your team? Happy to work around your calendar. Thanks, Jordan
- Danielle Novotny 18 Sep 2026 12:21Jordan, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy week with agency visits. Yes, let's walk through it before Glenn sees anything. Let's keep this moving. Next week works better for me, mornings especially. Please send a couple of slots and I'll grab one. I'd also like someone from underwriting to join, so I'll check who is free. One thing: keep the agency example anonymised. I don't want any one agency's numbers on screen in front of people outside my team. Thanks, Danielle
