Ask: Jordan proposed an hour at 14:00 Central and asked for an agency type to mirror, with no real agency figures. Danielle apologised for a slow reply.
Customer view: engaged but busy. She brought in Tracy, who "will tell you straight if it's useful", and could not promise an underwriting lead.

I'd suggest an hour at 14:00 Central. You asked to see one agency end to end, so that's what we'll show: submissions, calls and complaints for a single agency in one place. Please send me the name of a type of agency you'd like us to mirror, without sharing any real agency's numbers. Who else should be on the invite? Thanks, Jordan

She talks to agencies every day and will tell you straight if it's useful. I'll ask an underwriting lead too, but I can't promise. Mirror a mid-sized agency that writes mostly trucking, with a couple of complaints on file. No real names, as agreed. Thanks, Danielle
